Our Iver branch is located on the High Street, in the heart of the village centre and originally opened its doors in 2017.
The staff who work in the Iver office have all grown up, went to school and live in South Bucks, because of this the Iver team’s local knowledge is second t to none.
The Iver office consists of five members of staff covering Sales, Letting, Land and New Homes. Christopher Perryman our Area Sales Manager spearheads the Iver Team and has over 15 years’ experience within the estate agent industry, working throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and West London. Christopher began his estate agency career in 2008 and since then he has risen from Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and now Area Sales Manager. This experience through all the various disciplines has given Christopher a thorough understanding of the industry.
Christopher has a passion for property having purchased his first home at 21 and since then he has renovated and extended two properties. Christopher joined the Oakwood Estates team in November 2019 and since then the branch has gone from strength to strength enjoying constant 5-Star reviews along with market share success in both sales and lettings.
The Iver team are highly motivated and knowledgeable and have sold thousands of properties within Buckinghamshire. They have a vast amount experience of selling & letting property in all sectors of the market which has given them a proven track record of achieving results.
